Tooth loss can negatively affect your self-esteem and accelerate an aged appearance. Pinnacle Dental can address this with complete or partial dentures. In addition to traditional metal-based partials, we also offer all resin-based partials for situations where esthetics are more of a concern.
Dentures
While traditional dentures are often a good choice, they do have major drawbacks. Lower dentures in particular have a tendency to move around when you eat or speak. Dr. Kottman highly recommends implant-supported dentures. Implant-supported dentures offer more retention and support than traditional dentures since they are actually anchored in your mouth, instead of just resting on top of your gums.
Partials
If you have multiple missing teeth, removable partial dentures are an affordable and less invasive option than bridges or implants. We offer both traditional and all resin partials for patients with metal allergies or esthetic concerns.
